How it Works
· Log into your membership website.
· Register your product at any time.
· File your claim online or via the customer service center
· A representative will contact you to gather additional information from you and set up a service appointment or provide additional instructions for repair.
* A $125 Service Fee is required per claim. For Smartphone repairs ranging from $0-$749.99, applicable service fees will be $89.00. For Smartphone repairs greater than $750, applicable service fees will be $125.00
