How it works
Pay for your plan
Register your product at any time and file your claim, online, in minutes (email and phone also available)
Get your item repaired. You can access a prepaid shipping label to send your item for repair. There is no charge for return shipping. For TVs, in home repair is available. *Service Fees may be applicable.
Your item will be repaired and returned to you. If an item can’t be repaired, you may receive a replacement or a check so that you can purchase a replacement.
