Pay for your desired plan
Register your product at any time and file your claim, online, in minutes
(email and phone also available)
Get your item repaired. You can access a prepaid shipping label to send your item for repair. There is no charge for return shipping. For TVs, in home repair is available. *Service Fees may be applicable.
Your item will be repaired and returned to you. If an item can’t be repaired, you may receive a replacement or a check so that you can purchase a replacement.
* A $49 Service Fee is required per claim. For Smartphone repairs ranging from $0-$749.99, applicable service fees will be $89.00. For Smartphone repairs greater than $750, applicable service fees will be $125.00 Your item will be repaired and returned to you. If an item can’t be repaired, you may receive a replacement or a check so that you can purchase a replacement.
