A representative will contact you to gather additional information from you and set up a service appointment or provide additional instructions for repair.
* A $150 Service Fee is required per claim. For Smartphone repairs ranging from $0-$749.99, applicable service fees will be $89.00. For Smartphone repairs greater than $750, applicable service fees will be $125.00. Your item will be repaired and returned to you. If an item can’t be repaired, you may receive a replacement or a check so that you can purchase a replacement.
